Objective:
Develop a concept to promote a grant to help students improve their reading skills. The primary audience is teachers; the secondary audience is employees of the grant co-sponsor - a main bank office and its branches.
Solution:
We simplified the message to a single word. Since inclusion of the cat-in-the-hat graphic was mandatory, we used it as negative space in the letterform. To stay within budget, it was printed as a poster to inform teachers, and as a table counter display to inform bank employees and customers. The table counter display was accordion-folded and self-standing.
